Malacanang already declared June 20,2011 through Presidential Proclamation No. 54 as Special Non Working Holiday to commemorate Dr. Jose Rizal’s 15oth Birth Anniversary.

Who’s happy?

I am!

I will have extra day to sleep or watch movie at home. I can’t wait!
