Some says that exercising while pregnant helps women lose weight after giving birth. While for some they want to maintain that active life style even while pregnant.
But truth be told, there are a lot of problems that can be lessen like swollen calves and ankles, insomnia and fatigue when pregnant women perform a little exercise each day. No matter what your reason is, make sure that the exercise you do is light and easy.
Most advised exercise for women are ankle stretching, kegel exercises or flexing your pelvic muscles as if your trying to stop urinating, walking for 30 minutes a day and swimming that should not last longer than 30 minutes. You can also choose a light exercise at zumba playstation.
But be aware that all pregnancy are unique, what’s good for others may not be suitable for you so it’s better to talk to your OB before you do start your light workout.





i agree.. exercise helps a lot for pregnant women.. though i haven’t really engaged myself in exercising when i was pregnant, i was still working then so going back and forth to the office is my daily workout!
