Stress! Stress!

When stress attacks you, brace yourself! Either it affects you internally or it reflects on how you look, or worse, both. It manifests in different ways like skin degeneration, dandruff, bodypain or in severe cases, cancer.

More frequently, pimples just grow on your face and sometimes, you wake up with a couple of big zits on your T-zone. You have been using the best acne productsin the market but you might as well reduce your exposure to stress. If you cannot get away with pressure, then, handle it appropriately.

Try some stationary exercises, at least, you take a break from your work in a few minutes and divert your attention to some relieving activities. Stress is everywhere so you better be ready to face it.
