I stopped doing new year’s resolutions eons ago, because I usually don’t follow them but hey, I want to play along to GT this month so I shall try to at least write them down and remind myself once in a while that above all – health is wealth!
I am not health buff at all and I don’t eat fruits or veggies. But I will TRY to include at least one fruit in a day from now on.
I am so guilty of depriving myself with water most especially when I am home when I have a choice to drink iced tea or soda but from now on I shall drink at least 1 liter of water in a day.
I have been sleep deprived since Monday! Husband stays late at his work since the start of the year and I cannot sleep when he isn’t home yet… So tonight I shall start hitting the bed right after watching Imortal or at sharp 10pm, whichever comes first LOL ^_^
Lastly, I shall jog at least twice a week! I SHALL!
I know the last two will be forgotten right after I published this because they are the hardest to keep! Seriously! Sleeping late and waking up early just to jog are the hardest things to do! ^_^ But I shall print this and give husband a copy.. He is the most trusted fellow to remind all these all the time ^_^
