Whew. I have lots of thought balloons now that my connection at home is still hopeless. I wonder what really happened, why all of a sudden I can no longer connect. And what’s more hopeless is the customer hotline number of smartbro. I have been calling them a lot of times but all I get is nothing. Their hotline number is just ringing!
I called my BIL and SIL who somehow have knowledge about computers and they will drop by at the house later tonight. I hope they are the answers to my internet misery.
