If you have been to my mushroom blog, you would somehow have glimpse of my trying to get fit by jogging on Saturdays with my husband. Now I hear you say, you aren’t fat yet what’s with the jogging?
Anyways, I always answer that with – uh uh, you just can’t see the fat deposits in my tummy coz I am so good in hiding them – it is like the iceberg in titanic movie, lol. So what I need to do is to do some sit ups right? But sit ups isn’t easy to do, nah I can’t even bend my back!
So what better way to say that at least I try to get fit and get rid of the unwanted fats is to jog around the neighborhood! Husband says I only walk not jog. I disagree, if I just walk why do I feel joint pain all over my body now?! I know I am getting old and if this is one of the signs of old age, alright I rest my case.
