I had my most expensive lunch at Makati Shangrila when my godfather went home from Canada last June 2009. Every time he goes home, he and his wife would always invite us over at the hotel to bond and catch up for the lost times.
Anyways, he invited husband and I for a lunch buffet at Makati Shangrila, it was a first time ever for me and husband that we’re both excited with the food displays we get almost whatever our eyes laid unto, lol. We didn’t finish our (nth’s) plate plus we didn’t even get some deserts after because we were SO full! ^_^

mahal na talaga yan sa akin marce but if libre ok lang sa akin…LOL! we can eat good food naman na di aabot ng $10 per servings…at this time naguguilty ako if I spent over $10 for isang serving lang…am I that cheapskate?..LOL! but I want to experience french cuisine someday

makakabili na ako ng dalawang jeans at dalawang tshirt sa $40 pero kung libre, kakain din ako.. ahahha
grabeh ang mahal nga…pero for sure yummy nman ung food tska ang mahalaga doon ung experience while enjoying the time with your godfather.
medyo mahal nga h? almost 2k per person. kung malakas chumibog sulit na din siguro kasi eat all you can naman. sayang lang at di na kayo nakapag dessert. yun pa naman ang favorite part ng every meal ko, hehe.

I heard from others who tried that food at Makati Shangri-la is great. $40 per head is really expensive. I wouldn't spend that much on food for myself, pero kung libre like yours was, I would not pass up the chance to dine there.
