My Comfort Food

Hello Girls! Aren’t you excited to share about your food choices? This month we will be talking about our favorite subject on earth; FOOD- it shall be a food feast on our blogs starting today! For this week we shall talk about our comfort food.

According to Wikipedia, Comfort food refers to simple, familiar food that is usually home-cooked or eaten at informal restaurants. It can be defined as food that brings some form or measure of comfort, sense of well-being, or easy satisfaction, usually from being warm and filling such as a dish made with a staple food, or basically pleasing such as sweets or desserts.

I have shared this on my eldest blog already, Marce pehpot told me it’s gross, hihih. But don’t you know that this food really gives me comfort anytime pronto?! This is the reason why we stocked up Ligo Sardines and Lucky Me Pancit Canton at home. Cooking this is so easy, just sauteed the sardines, put 2 cups of water, let it boil and put the noodles. Put the seasonings of the pancit canton and your done! It is mouthwatering most especially if it’s HOT! ^_^

Hey, don’t tell me you did not drool! Oh well, i do! Why don’t you share your comfort food now and tell us so we can try it too.. if it brings you comfort – we have to try it right? Link your post at Mclinky below and dont forget to leave me some lovin’. I shall drop by at your blogs to start salivating, i shall see you! Happy GT everyone!

LOL siguro I would have the same reaction with your marce pehpot haha.. joke! Pero im sure masarap yan, hindi kasi ako kumakain ng ligo sardines, mas gusto ko yung hokkaido hehe.. halos mga weird naman ang comfort foods natin kung tutuusin, like me, yung milo sandwich which my hubby finds it so yucky lol.. nung bata rin ako inuulam ko pa sa rice haha
