Fashionholic? Is there such a word? Oh well if not – I am just referring to persons addicted to fashion. That isn’t me YET. But soon I will be lol. I have a penchant for fashion magazines – I love looking at them on the magazine stands and even online. I habitually spend some time browsing the net on what’s in at the red carpet and what’s in unto the grave, lol. Funny how I frequent myself to fashion trends website and cannot put them into real life. Oh my, being fashionable at this time is a kill right?
But there’s a website designed for us who loves fashion to death in a much worthy of a cent. And I found it just recently. Imagine a thrill when I found about Stylecaster and all its awesome categories that I drool over and over again. The site is full of fashion trends and fashion industry news – basically all the info you are looking for in one awesome site. For sure you will have your fill on your stopover as I have been full since visiting their site just a couple of minutes ago.

I used to be one before… As a matter of fact, I used to have a bookshelf of fashion magazines. I never fail to buy me one magazine everytime I go to the mall, and sometimes I even go to the mall just to get me a magazine…
Until I read an article that explains how looking at fashion magazines affect how one looks at oneself. I am not saying that I belittle myself, but sometimes I hear myself saying "I wish I were, I wish I was…" or "I like to get me this, that…" and so on. It even says in the article that most girls feel less confident about themselves or feels fat, even if they're not because they spend too much time looking at skinny models featured in fashion magazines…
And so I've decided to stop. I still get to look at them once in a while… But not as often or as addicted as I was before.
So there… that's my story behind fashion magazines and a-like. But that's just me Niko
